It is that time of year again! To help celebrate the holiday season, we will be again offering a

$50 gift card for just $45 when purchased at the restaurant starting November 14th through December 31!

As many of you know, we also have three private rooms for all your holiday party needs! Choose from our Milano Room (Can seat 30 people), Sorrento Room (20 people) and our Portofino room (20 ppl). We also can seat parties of up to 70 in our main dining room.

Have plans on Sunday April 17th? Chef Alberto Candivi will be cooking up a storm to raise money for a little girl in Children's Hospital named Chanel Padilla. The feast will take place at Conway Elementry School from 1pm to 4pm this Sunday. Suggested Donation is $10 Per Person... for an AMAZING Italian feast!! We will be open earlier for Tulip Festival!!

On Weekends we are usually open at 3pm for dinner, but we are looking forward to the Tulips so much that we will be opening at 12pm on Sunday April 17th, Saturday April 23rd, Sunday April 24th and Sunday May 1st! Here is the menu for our December 5th class, sign up soon because seats will go fast. We will be making Pizza Crudaiola, this pizza is made by baking the crust first! This dish is perfect for entertaining friends and family during the holiday season. Our second dish will be Risotto al Cabernet, followed by Involtini di Pollo. We will be having Carre d'agnello in crosta d'erbe, (Rack of lamb in an herb crust), Merluzzo alla puttanesca, (Cod in a puttanesca sauce), and Gnocchi di patate, (Potato Gnocchi).    School has started, and even though it does seem a little far away we have already started getting those Holiday party reservations and we are so exited!
   We have some great party ideas and pricing options at the restaurant from parties of 1 to 75, and even offer our party planning guide at www.Granaio.com under the general info tab. Our two private rooms, and dates in November & December will fill up quickly so if you have any questions or want to get a head start on your holiday event please give us a call, drop us an email at eat-italian@granaio.com, or just come on in to the restaurant and see us!
   If you are staying in this season and are enjoying your party at a home, we can make your large party order to go, and it can be picked up at at the restaurant or possibly delivered.

I want to thank you and Alberto so much for the class. It was great.

I made the risotto tonight for my family including making my own fish stock

from the prawn shells. They absolutely LOVED IT.

I must say I think I got lucky and nailed it on my first try.

Please count me in for all classes!

It is an honor and a privilege to have such an opportunity to learn from

such an accomplished chef.

I can't wait for the next class.
